2016 Tour de France, Stage 21: Chantilly → Paris (113km)

Re: Re: No, not my first Tour. Yeah, it's always like that but it shouldn't be. Ceremonial stage is ok, but this is waste of time. This should take 1-1,5 hours less time then it would be ok.

2016 Tour de France, Stage 21: Chantilly → Paris (113km)

Re: I have the same feeling. And still this looks like sunday ride. This is just ridiculous, they should shorten this last stage or maybe there is some other solution but this is booooring and meaningless way to ride this stage.

2016 Tour de France, Stage 21: Chantilly → Paris (113km)

Re: Re: Would it? I think we have seen too many break away wins already. Because SKY or any other team didn't want to chase. 2-3 riders less and it's not if they want to chase or not but they just can't anymore. Is that what we want to see, break wins continuously?

2016 Tour de France, Stage 21: Chantilly → Paris (113km)

Awesome OP's through these 3 weeks, big thanks to Praying Mantis! :) Poels strongest with Froome, others were way too much behind. But It's not Froome's/SKY's problem if rivals are not on required level. It's not bad if you can't but if you don't even try, it's shameful. Alaphilippe king of...

Who will win the 2015 Road World Championship?

Re: Starting time is 16:00 (UTC+3). Last year winning time was 6 and half hours. So maybe 22:30 is a good guess.

Who will win the 2015 Road World Championship?

Re: You have to realise this is a pro race. So it's not possible Vandenbergh will win it. No, even if he would live for ever, still in year 5241 it would not have happened. Such a great workhorse he is, but totally useless when it comes to win a pro race.

    Tour de France 2015 stage 18: Gap - Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne

Anyone but sagan, please. In fact I really do hope he is not in the break as it would be more comfortable to watch the race knowing he has zero chance to win. But because he will be there I really do hope there is also some quality climbers and those quality climbers will play their hands right...

    Tour de France 2015 Stage 16: Bourg-de-Péage-Gap 201km

Re: Re: I couldn't agree more. How many times sagan himself has chosen not to pull others to the line. Why there is no one crying he is not riding for victory at those times? Ok, it's not an easy question if you should chase or let someone go. Or work with someone or not. On stage 6 when...

    Tour de France 2015 Stage 16: Bourg-de-Péage-Gap 201km

Re: Re: Tactics is one thing and other one is that you have to execute what you have planned. By the way can anybody remember what was the race and stage where it was one Lampre guy vs. 3-5 guys from same smaller Italian team in the last kilometres? And Lampre guy destroyed them.

    Tour de France 2015 Stage 16: Bourg-de-Péage-Gap 201km

I can't even imagine that kind of scenario where sagan will not win with these guys. Geschke who is C class rider is best of the rest. So...

    Tour de France 2015 Stage 16: Bourg-de-Péage-Gap 201km

Re: It's pretty obvious it's going all the way. I just wonder how did sagan manage to get in to the break with 11 idiots who are driving him to the stage win. What's the point to be in the break if your max achievement is 2nd place. Oh, I forgot they are losers. :(

    Tour de France 2015 Stage 16: Bourg-de-Péage-Gap 201km

Re: Re: I don't know. Sagan said he had good legs today and he was right there with pure sprinters after being one and half stage on the break. Ok, on stage 14 he didnt work but what about on stage 15. I didn't see it. Maybe he is not as tired as we think. Manse is just 5,6%. What makes it...

    Tour de France 2015 Stage 16: Bourg-de-Péage-Gap 201km

Re: And your favourites are? Ok, I'm little bit surprised Sagan/Matthews/etc are not bigger favourites. This is not so hard stage. Or am I totally wrong?
