Good stuff from Menchov today. If he manages to stay with the favs tomorrow, taking into account his TT skills, he will le be back in action for sure. And i guess same strategy for Wiggo.

Denis was superb today. the only guy who beat him in the wind was wiggo. almost 2mins on contador, who expected it? He really needs to do smth with those rest days, now it's clear, that he lost the Tour on the stages following them.

ye, but still Denis looked promising in the pyrenees, i really thought Samu will lose somewhere. Menchov lost all the time after the rest days, he have to do something with it. but anyway, he had a great tour so far, he had Gesink's help in the mountains, he didn't lose anything on the flat...

rumours say, Denis could move in Astana in the next year, if Bertie leaves the team. what to you guys think about that? he's also linked with vacansoleil and katusha. interesting, what's he gonna do.

i think he attacks first. he has absolutely nothing to lose, i don't think he'll be dissapointed if he lose a couple of places in gc. 5 or 7, makes no sense

i can't agree with that. if we talk about the stage 9 - yes, definitely, samu was better there. but Denis looks really fresher in the pyrenees. he even managed to stay with samu on the descent:cool:

ye, it was a crack actually. a bad sign for Samu. rest day tomorrow, what is a really good thing for him. Denis often has problems after the rest days, he usually loses time to his main rivals. but if he manages to survive on tourmalet and stay with the fav's, he's gonna be dangerous in the ITT...
