I am curious to see how Konig will ride. He could be in the mix with Froome, Henao, Rodriguez, Kreuziger ;) Not sure about Nibali; he might be too distracted as his wife is expected to give birth next week.

I agree. There's a lot of talk about the ToC being difficult this year, but looking at the stage profiles I think at least 3 stages will end up in a sprint with a large part of the peloton. Only stage 7 appears really difficult. Even the TT, which is hillier than normal, is not super difficult...

I don't expect Goss to do well here. He was not good in the classics to put it mildly and hasn't raced for a while. Froome for the win in the prologue and overall.

Hepburn is not within top 120. According to the rules he is not allowed to start the TT then. Fortunately for him, many riders will leave the race today before the time trial, so normally he can ride the TT.
