Horner has said himself in interviews during telecasts on multiple occasions that he's riding with Lance at RadioShack. He's just added that they are still finalizing details. While there may be some roadblocks, he seems to have every intention of being on RS next year.

I don't remember reading anything about this in the transfers thread. It's an interesting thought since there isn't a Swiss ProTour team currently. I haven't read anything about BMC going for a ProTour license next year though. They may just plan on getting exemptions for the races they want...
