Since when did we assume that Frank could climb like Andy? Frank couldn't leave Armstrong because he is not as strong as Andy. Frank is an excellent cyclist but not exceptional.

The only reason I'm happy for his return is to remind Alberto Contador that he has only won 1 Tour de France.
