    USADA - Armstrong

filthy dirty... It was sarcasm.. If you read my earlier post, I explained to the guy that he was not arrested and that these were no longer criminal proceedings. I think this is all crazy wasted breath though. Like I said earlier. This is one of the dirtiest sports I know. And the way they try...

I think Machs second point was a fair assesment of the rationale of some people though. Arresting Armstrong would be similar the arrest of a man accused genocide.... Yes, this is reasonalbe, no?

We could just legalize it couldn't we. Not criticize it

    USADA - Armstrong

This could end up like the O.J. Simpson case I suppose. Let go in criminal court for the murders he was ordered to pay restitution for in civil court...... And since in cycling, committing the act of blood doping (and getting caught (thats the key)) is equal to murder in the cycling forum world...

You know they can't bring criminal charges on him right. That case was dropped. This can only ban him from the sport. For Life..

    USADA - Armstrong

Oh please.. "He's dancing on the pedals" should have been put on a loop the following year... All I'm saying is this is a dirty sport at the pro level. Reallly dirty, second only to boxing maybe for the fixes, but its dirty... And everybody wants to act like the guys that are caught are evil...

    USADA - Armstrong

I'll buy that its unethical to push on with a story that you know to be untrue simply for your personal gain. But don't be so sure every commentator to back a dirty athlete would be fired, and American sports are a fine example. Many of the commentators are former professional athletes...

    USADA - Armstrong

Gomer? Name calling eh? We're all so brave on a keyboard. Any commentator worth anything should KNOW whats going on, and they all have a vested interest in perpetuating interest in the sport.. They praise every champion, and they're praising lance is no different than their praise of Alberto or...

    USADA - Armstrong

Cmon Should every commentator be fired for every one they praised that turned out to be dirty. I wonder, have any other casters praised anyone like, oh I don't know, lets say, Alberto? The same Alberto who refuses to admit he doped, despite 'positive test results'. If so, these commentators...

    USADA - Armstrong

It was only a matter of time Here in America, we are committed to ridding our homeland of these vile non-indigenous sports. The euro dominated cycling scene has enjoyed explosive growth in the United States thanks to the likes of Armstrong, and it is time that it comes to an end. A cancer...

    USADA - Armstrong

I loved watching Lance. Just as I loved watching Alberto and Jan (though more Jan for his epic losses to Lance). They're all dopers. Thats why they win in such epic proportions. Is everyone here seriously saying that Lance didn't dominate the sport for the time he was in it? More importantly...

Will Contador Be Juiced Up Again Upon His Return

How in the world could anyone just assume that 'anyone' at this level of pro cycling is clean anymore? It's like assuming that someone who has never received a speeding ticket has never exceeded the speed limit. I'm sure there's a better comparison, but I just couldn't think of one off hand...

The impact American Teams have on pro cycling.

I agree, it could go to their heads....

World Tour Status for an American Race?

My mistake. I was confusing the pro continental with the continental. That being said, I would still rather see the likes of quality continental teams like Jelly Belly, Exergy, Bissell etc. with everything on the line than a pro squad of 2nd or 3rd tier (with all due respect to those riders)...

World Tour Status for an American Race?

Well that makes sense, since I thought there were non U.S. continental teams in some WT events already. However, would WT status possibly attract something better from teams like Euskaltel or Ag2r? Then again, it is nice to see the American Continental teams in these races, and I would hate to...
