You know they can't bring criminal charges on him right. That case was dropped. This can only ban him from the sport. For Life..

Oh please.. "He's dancing on the pedals" should have been put on a loop the following year... All I'm saying is this is a dirty sport at the pro level. Reallly dirty, second only to boxing maybe for the fixes, but its dirty... And everybody wants to act like the guys that are caught are evil...

I'll buy that its unethical to push on with a story that you know to be untrue simply for your personal gain. But don't be so sure every commentator to back a dirty athlete would be fired, and American sports are a fine example. Many of the commentators are former professional athletes...

I loved watching Lance. Just as I loved watching Alberto and Jan (though more Jan for his epic losses to Lance). They're all dopers. Thats why they win in such epic proportions. Is everyone here seriously saying that Lance didn't dominate the sport for the time he was in it? More importantly...

How in the world could anyone just assume that 'anyone' at this level of pro cycling is clean anymore? It's like assuming that someone who has never received a speeding ticket has never exceeded the speed limit. I'm sure there's a better comparison, but I just couldn't think of one off hand...

My mistake. I was confusing the pro continental with the continental. That being said, I would still rather see the likes of quality continental teams like Jelly Belly, Exergy, Bissell etc. with everything on the line than a pro squad of 2nd or 3rd tier (with all due respect to those riders)...

Well that makes sense, since I thought there were non U.S. continental teams in some WT events already. However, would WT status possibly attract something better from teams like Euskaltel or Ag2r? Then again, it is nice to see the American Continental teams in these races, and I would hate to...
