    BMC 2012 - Dream Team

In all fairness, Cadel had only spent a couple of days at his home since arriving back in Oz because he was trying to please all his sponsors. You too would have been a little jaded had you been on his schedule.

Thor confirms BMC! Better for Cadel?

It's not about if's or buts. At the start of the 3400+ kms they all had the same time, at the end one was ahead... he wins.

Thor confirms BMC! Better for Cadel?

What a load of faecal matter. There was no luck involved in his climb up Galibier or the way he got back after the bike change before ALpe d'Huez. Only luck was for Schleck if they had worked with Cadel on Galibier, AS would not have finished on the podium. It's not about winning races that...

Thor confirms BMC! Better for Cadel?

You mean like in 2007 and 2008 when they did worse than Cadel, and Cadel had the crash in 2008... get real. They have all had their chances at the TdF.

What are BMC Team Success factors

We are not all turning into a bunch of whiners saying that luck and crashes affected the outcome of a GT are we? ;) Were the race dynamics not changed in 2008 by Ricco and Cadel's crashes; 2006 and Flloyd what would have happened without him being juiced? 2007 didn't the Chicken have a...

    Transfers and Rumours 2011 > 2012

Support just doesn't involve who you have with you on the last climb; it also involves getting the right bike, the right training program, team training schedules, a DS that knows how to get the best out of you and sponsors that put their money in and not try to run the team themselves.

Tour de France 2011 STAGE 20 - Grenoble 42.5 km ITT

You did have a few wavering moments there. ;) He and Phil can now have fun next year in the classics together if Phil joins BMC. Cadel, simply an aussie legend.

    2011 Tour de France Stage 18 - Pinerolo - Galibier Serre-Chevalier 200.5km

I think he is at the back conserving energy looking troubled with a bad knee getting ready to bluff an attack :confused:

    2011 Tour de France Stage 16 (18/7/2011): Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux - Gap, 162.5km

No he didn't have to attack he just simply rode away from him. Long way to go to Paris with lots of big climbs and plenty of attacks to cover; this race is far from over.

Does Andy Schleck lack the mental ability to ever win the TDF?

A young team??? NOT... they have over 50 TDF's and about 100 GT's between them, and 5 have ridden since 2008 together. This is Andy's 7th GT so he is hardly lacking experience, and Franks 6th TdF. Next excuse??

    Le Tour de France 2011 STAGE 8 - Aigurande-Super-Besse Sancy 189 km

You bagged BMC in the Giro last year for not taking up the chase when the big breakaway got huge time(no one thought Arroyo or Porte would hold out for as long as they did) and now here is a chance when the same thing could repeat they decide to chase and restrict the lead, you bag them again...

    Le Tour de France 2011 STAGE 8 - Aigurande-Super-Besse Sancy 189 km

Stupid to compare Cadel's ITT time of 2009 & 2010, last year he had an injury and in 2009(forget about the reasons) he only raced hard after the first timecheck; where if you look at the results I think he was pretty close to the fastest person over the last two time-checks. If AS is in...

    Contracts in the final year

I'm pretty sure each contract has to be ratified by the UCI, to make sure all parties have signed and there are no outstanding issues or salaries. So the contracts would be at the UCI, and available to be accessed by certain people; you would just have to know the right people.
