from the numbers he appears on an higher level than last year at this time. This GP of montreal had the same exact parcours of last year and very similar wheather conditions (actually today was very hot) and he completed the race in 14 minutes less than last year, average speed was almost 2 km/h...

there's literally TT written on it (in the part below the saddle)! plus you can clearly see it from the saddle it's the TT bike.
