    Paula Radcliffe Speaks out

Just because she's white doesn't mean a damn thing. One could also say that Bolt must be on a super drug because tall people generally don't make good sprinters. The same could be said for Jonathan Edwards because the majority of world class triple jumpers are black but he's comfortably the...

    2012 Tour de France: Stage 13: Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux → Le Cap d'Agde (217 km)

Easy run-in but a twisty final 500m. The final straight is 200m. Cav to edge Greipel. Just a shame the green jersey competition is now over.

2012 Tour de France: Stage 8: Belfort → Porrentruy (157.5km)

Izaguirre is good enough but he'll probably be required to protect Sanchez

2012 Tour de France: Stage 6: Épernay → Metz (207.5km)

Wow. Sagan was awesome and I was doubting his top speed. At this rate Cav isn't going to hold the stage wins record for very long.

2012 Tour de France: Stage 6: Épernay → Metz (207.5km)

Just heard but someone said he wasn't going to contest the sprint. This may have changed his mind.

2012 Tour de France: Stage 6: Épernay → Metz (207.5km)

Goss has to win today, no Greipel nor Cav.

    The Cav SKY drama

I'd say damage has already been done. HTC Cav would have at least two stage wins and possibly three. Wiggins hasn't been compromised yet, but Cav has big time. Tantrum or not, both Brailsford and Wiggins have said post-stage that they went to the front because they were afraid of Brad being...

    The 3km rule.

If the finish is a categorised climb then the rule isn't used. I thought I was pretty clear. If the organisers think it'll be a problem don't classify it as a climb, just consider it an uphill sprint.

    2012 Tour de France: Stage 5: Rouen → Saint-Quentin (196.5km)

He was out of the saddle for the 200m beforehand and only sat down once Greipel kicked away from him. Cav was just empty at the end.

    The 3km rule.

It's fine for bunch sprints but only bunch sprints. If the stage isn't flat or the finish is a categorised climb then it shouldn't be used.

    2012 Tour de France: Stage 5: Rouen → Saint-Quentin (196.5km)

According to Brailsford Sky was on the front to help out Wiggins, not Cav, and he seemed pretty happy with the result.

    2012 Tour de France: Stage 5: Rouen → Saint-Quentin (196.5km)

I think it's more a case of being spent because he had to open his sprint 100m earlier than Greipel and Goss. Shambles of a performance by Sky.

Who will win the green jersey in the Tour de France?

I read it but I don't believe it. He's just spouting the same bull**** Cavendish does every year about winning a stage and I don't have to agree with him on who I think will win. Sagan's the clear favourite but I just have a feeling he'll struggle when all the top sprinters are in the same...

Who will win the green jersey in the Tour de France?

Gone with the Gorilla. I have a sneaky feeling he'll position himself well enough to pick up a few stage wins and that Sagan will have a bit of trouble in the big sprints becoming a victim of the points system.
