Although normally I would agree with you, not this year though. Are you forgetting about his leg injury? He won't be able to ride the Giro in any kind of form. He'll ride the Tour as a warmup for the rest of the season. Except when he'll have recovered from his injury in july so that he can...

They'll probably win a few with Gilbert. He's the big chief in their classics department. In the classics he won't win, I really wonder whether there are just too many chiefs overall within the BMC squad, and too few indians. I mean, didn't we all expect Garmin to win a few classics last year?

Due to his weddingplans Thomas de Gendt will skil the Tour and ride both the Giro and the Vuelta, according to wielerflits. Would be nice to see him progress there. Wondering wether he will develop into a classictype ride or gc rider
