    In any case, there are 7 open slots and 7 teams eligible for those slots. Caja Rural doing the Tour instead of Giro is pretty immaterial.

    THe Otways have been evacuated. The only chance is to go to the other side of Melbourne to Gippsland and given today's temperature that's not ideal either. There is rain forecast Friday through Sunday so CEGORR should be okay
