  3. Cycling the Col du Petit-Saint-Bernard in May 2021

I took a day off from work on Friday and drove over to Bourg-Saint-Maurice to ride the Col du Petit-Saint-Bernard pass. The month of May was cold, so there is still and impressive amount of snow on the mountains this year. Youtube - Col du Petit-Saint-Bernard

Cycling the Col du Petit St Bernard

That picture was taken just over the Col on the Italian side. I didn't hang around too long underneath as I'd already seen one snowbank collapse earlier on - you can see it on the video. I've never ridden a col with so much snow towering next to the road. The winter this year was cold and...

Criterium du Dauphine Photos - Individual Time-Trial to Bourg-en-Bresse

Thanks, that was out of the camera, so no cropping on that shot. The lens was a Canon 70-200 2.8L with a Canon 7d, and I followed Tiago as he passed me and kept taking photos. Photography, along with cycling, is a hobby for me so it's nice get little surprises like that shot. Cheers...

Hi all, I took a day off from work to go and follow the Criterium du Dauphine individual time-trial between Villie-Morgon and Bourg-en-Bresse. Thankfully the low cloud and rain I'd seen at the Prologue in Grenoble had gone and it was sunny with high cloud. The wind was hitting the riders...
