Remco uses his TT bike with a bit higher position of the steer for easier breathing during the climb.

Big gaps would be surprising, given how short the overall effort is. But looking at yesterdays gaps, fatigue might play a bigger role...

It's a 23'-24' effort. Fatigue won't be a factor for Pogacar at least.

The climbing record (2022 by both Pogacar and Vingo) on Peyragudes is 19'50". I think Pogacar can go 1'20" faster.

I think two factors might have reduced the impact of that crash: Pog sticking his left foot out to soften the fall and mainly landing on...
