For me it's:
1. Paris-Nice, Tirreno-Adriatico, Dauphine, Tour de Suisse
2. Romandy, Catalunya, Itzulia
3. Binck Bank, Poland, California
4. Tour Down Under, Abu Dhabi
5. Rest
Well he doesn't need to peak now...It's acually very smart of him to aim his second peak for 3rd week of Vuelta and WCh. He had way too many race days every season so I hope he will be fresher this year and finally win rainbow jersey :-)
Re: Re:
In few days noone will remember who won this stage. But a lot of ppl will remember who is agressive rider and who is boring wheelsucker...and I would say: being agressive rider = more fans = more interesting rider for sponsors...
Re:
What is better for sponsors? Boring wheelsucker who win in the last 50m or agressive rider, who is not affraid to make a move, but lose a stage in the last 50m?
Re: Re:
Maybe we are finaly watching clean sport with routes made for cyclists with a "little help"...
Is there any other sport which is so demanding on a human body?
Well, this Giro was for me the best GT I have ever seen. I watch cycling for entertainment and it was very emotional for me even though none of my favourite riders were present...
He didn't win LBL and people are starting to talk about his retirement :-D You guys are funny :-D It's cycling, there are like 1000000000000 factors influencing the race. Also it looks like Valverde is not peaking at spring as hard as in past. And it also looks like he improved his climbing...
Re: Re:
Well, to be honest Valverde was arguably the strongest today...but the strongest doesn't always win, especialy when there is someone who don't take any turns and then attacks 1 km to go :-)
