Tour of Britain 2025, September 2-7

I haven't checked in detail yet, but looks like the first couple of stages will have pretty strong wind and potentially some rain as well. Could turn out to be a harder race than it looks.

yeah, the Vuelta is always good for things like this. The other day I saw that someone called Marcel Camprubi does a daily vlog from the race. Apparently he rides for Q36.5. Since 2023.

I think they should try to, yeah. It's relatively easy to control, and their options from the break are limited anyway.

in 2012 sth like 30 guys finished together - and that was after crosswinds and leaving Valverde behind. I wouldn't even rule out that Pedersen wins this from the peloton.

yeah, tomorrow should be no problem at all, and the one after the rest day isn't overly hard either. Bahrain will struggle to keep the break in check on the Bilbao stage, though.

6 points at the finish today, still shouldn't happen, no matter the leadout. But he can go for it tomorrow again, and maybe even win.

Matthews is back to racing in Plouay tomorrow, so if everything is fixed, I guess he should be okay for 2026.

Don't think there's any information available. Bahrain released a stage report which mentioned every rider but him.
