a That is 100% true. Roglic said himself that his biggest goal in rest of the season is WC RR. I really doubt his biggest goal would be "being domestique for Pogacar". Also who really his biggest opponents on this route? Remco, Healy, Del Toro, Ayuso, Roglic, Ciconne? Did I forget someone?

Just think about like this, if he was truly sick (and you could hear in his voice that he was) and crash made some impact (surely did), he really was tired after long tour where Visma gave it all-how strong is he really? I believe he is in incredible shape right now and we didn't really see him...

No, Pogacar is still much closer to win against MvDP at MSR than MvDP against Tadej at Strade. If MvDP doesn't compete at MSR, Tadej likely wins it already on Cipressa, MvDP on the other side would still have problem with at least 10 guys.

As you said it, it is really difficult for him. Still think Wout will not be a problem and De Lie will burn himself out like last year. Problem last year was just Pogacar didn't continue riding with him because of his teamates and he didn't expect De Lie being already done.

There is just one guy who is problem for Pogi on MSR. All "other guys" can't compete with Pogacar already on Cipressa. MvDP rode perfekt last three MSR but i don't believe he will beat Pogacar forever there. Vuelta he will get it next year, he is just smart enough to not ride it against...

He will ride til 2030 at least. There is no way he will retire sonner than that. My bet is 2032 and that is also oretty normal since he will be 33 then. Those late comments from him are extremly overblown.

Yes i agree. This and next year should be crucial. If he gets WC + Lombardia and next year- 3 monuments+ Tour and Vuelta,then he would be really on great track. It is Tadej so nothing is impossible.

So he can't ride elite? I don't know rules for that.

That is why i think Roglic in breakaway should be good option for Pogacar. Belgium, Holland, USA, Denmark, Italy and Spain have all good second options even if their captains are not in breakaway.

Maybe Omrzel, i don't know how strong is he on flat but he showed really good performance on tour of Slovenia (4th). Govekar and Mezgec should also be good for first 100km.

He is taking it 100% seriously. Jonas is out due Denmark not participating on TT so on this route is really just between him and Remco and maybe Primoz/Vine. And i don't see really where Remco could be faster, there is zero flat.

I would put Chicone before Healy. Del Toro still not since i still don't know how will he perform on 250+km races.
