I know, he didn't stand a chance. But, why the namecalling? I think all those guys had a great race and they all deserved it. But to call LA a sucker is a bit much. He has been the sport's ambassador in North America and the sport stands to lose a lot once he retires for good.

Got news for you. I doubt Lance cares about what you think. Sounds to me like all you got is sour grapes. Lance being a jerk is just a loserspeak term for extremely competitive. All great competitors - or most of them - were "jerks."

Watch out, there is a tough Internet Guy right there ;) This story is ******** if you ask me. Spanish Media are not too trustful and impartial, especially when there is a Spanish athlete concerned.

I assume you know how biased Spanish Media are regarding their own athletes? I'd find this more believable if it were coming from English or French Media.
