Riders like Brajkovic signed new contracts with radioshack when Bruyneel was already in talks with Becca(and the riders didnt know anything about). Then Bruyneel dissolved radioshack and some riders were without contract late in the transfer period.

why would anyone trust riis?a dishonest person throughout his career, same mentality as bruyneel and remember what he did...letting riders sign a new contract just before dissolving radioshack/taking it to trek. just days ago it was posted that all contracts are safe and now riders have to take...

why was the post about tinkow tweeting that riis just recently "prayed" him to sponsor, deleted?

from what i heard, the belgian postal service doesnt want him back. apparently one day he delivers all the mail quicker than any other mailman and the next he doesnt deliver any mail at all.

i dont get the love for cance from posters and bookies, his ability to climb 11 laps on this course with the best is questionable and even among the better climbers are better sprinters. monster late attack is possible but a more unlikely scenario, if the peloton is reduced to such a small size...

think basso could do relatively well, his poor aero position isnt gonna cost him much in the uphill section and the downhill/2nd part isnt technical at all, so his bad descending skills shouldnt hurt plus his weight should be an advantage.

he's paying 6m for the license?i understand that its less administrative work to take over a license rather than set up a complete new team but 6 million???there's a wt spot open for 2014 (that no pro conti team wants apparently), why not simply apply for that?and whats the license worth anyway...
