You cannot win a Grand Tour unless you have a team or if your name is Contador. Dumoulin can't fight alone. Congrats Tom for the effort, he has an entire career in front of him. The outcome could have been different if he could have put 1 minute over Aru in the TT, but he ain't Tony Martin.

It is a bluff.

He won't do it, and frankly Saxo's assistance would be useless. Majka's work is all about keeping his 4th place.

I see now that Contador is only 32 years old, why are people calling him old? Cuddles won le Tour at 34. And yes, of course Contador is a legend, and I believe and hope Nibali is a future one. Contador was, and maybe still is, the Messi of cycling.

After they crucified Nibali (for other reason, of course) it would be stupid and unfair not to penalize Aru. But, still, this is the Vuelta and everything is possible.
