RCS broke the rules in the women's world tour by inviting continental teams apparently. Soloution Tech or MBH Bank at the Giro d'Italia might not be fully out of question then.

In the old system they were able to invite strong local continental teams to races like the Omloop rather than pro continental teams that had no business in that particular race!
