I didn't say it did? I got all the discovery content on the discovery app while paying £30 odd. I don't get all the HBO Max content on the HBO Max app despite paying the same price.... I also can't get the sports documentaries despite paying for TNT Sports, (some of which are made by TNT!)...

the discovery+ app came with all entertainment channels...the HBO max app doesn't.
