I heard them booing Iserbyt too… surprised by that really. Pidcock had his usual bad start followed by a slipped chain so would’ve been closer to WvA at Gavere. WvA won on his gravel bike today so MvdP is racing on his Aeroad in Diegem tomorrow night.

Well of course he had to have the off-road version of the Huracan!

He will and Gavere should be a good race between them. So far, this early season, it’s looking like the Big ‘One’ with whiskey chaser (Pidcock) and bag of pork scratchings (Wout).

I don’t think Wout looks bad. VdP just coming into the CX season in amazing shape. He was lapping people on lap 4 of 10 !!

He got the tyre choice and pressures right today in Mont Sainte Anne. Seriously impressive bike skills for a roadie on the toughest XCO course in recent memory.
