the broker gives the client tons of IPO hot offerings that go up big first day and thats how they pay him. its almost free money but some dea do go south facebook but those that sold day one made $$
IPO's from Weisel's firm to Heins account= big $
i would think his monthly account statements would show he benefited greatly from hot stock IPO's that weisels firms underwrote. these shares are typically handed to "prized" clients as a thank you on Wall Street.

has lance ever made public negative comments on any confirmed doper like contador or others that he raced against? just seems odd he is so quiet on the ones who are caught. speaks volumes.
