Hard to say: MVDP, Vinge and Pog have been spectacular. Pog's spring was just incredible and he will probably win Lombardia, Vinge showed dominance in Basque, Dauphine and the Tour, and a high level in the Vuelta. MVDP spring was also incredible and then he won the Worlds in spectacular style...

Roglic bad luck was that the competition was too weak. After Remco became irrelevant and it was clear that neither Mas or Ayuso was stronger than Kuss, then it was obvious for TJV that they could win the Vuelta with Kuss and the dynamic changed: ride to defend the jersey.

Rain bad for Remco? Will take it extra careful in the downhill? Chance for others to get back for if he gets a gap on a climb.

Wout Poels seems to be in great form, he was amazing on both stage 17 and 18. There are some steep sections on the last climb, maybe he can do something. When he smells victory he can be damn good which he showed in the tour recently. Will be hard to beat Remco of course.

So the only GC action we might see will be Landa to try to pass Ayuso in GC, or Mas trying to pass Landa and maybe even Ayuso in GC. Can't wait...
