I'd recomend the big red shimano's if you are new and concerned, lots of platform, double sided nice! 1, loosen the springs right off first... 2, No technical trails till you are confident! 3, learn to pedal through obstacles...

I got to watch live on freecaster.tv ~~ dvd now available from them..best DH commentator ever Rob Warner... Poms rubbished the DH course...was not really up to DH standards I agree.. The XC racing was torrid and with great camera coverage...thanks freecaster....

No problems with my thud buster, the old moxey pole did sheer a bolt though... Now Standard on KTM transalp bikes..got the thud buster...
