It’s a criminal case made against MVP, there no counter-suing. Not sure what a civil case would look like but, in Australia, it would probably be a Hail Mary.

Apparently the biggest issue was that MVDP had entered the girls’ room when had pushed them- this is why the magistrate recorded a conviction. An absolutely terrible situation that was totally avoidable.
