I may be misunderstanding your post, but Ganna rides a Pinarello with their branded kit. Not sure which factory it comes from. Reason for breakage has been stated as overtighting the lever. Personally if I was Ganna's mechanic I would use the biggest spanner in the box to tighten his bars.
