He will. Especially if the second TT is stage 20, Vingegaard probably won't even drop a minute there. And 2 minutes in the first TT, I think you're underrating Vingegaard (in the Tour).

Come on now, both of us know that Vingegaard massively underperformed in this TT. Evenepoel won't gain 4 minutes unless TT's are in stage 1 and stage 3 or something. And even that's questionable.

But Evenepoel doesn't have a chance against Vingegaard on any realistic route unless he improves his climbing and that's the point. Even if you put 2 long TT's, Vingegaard isn't a bad TT rider and unless he has a bad day, he won't lose that much time and he can gain that time on 2 tough...

From what we've seen it the Tour, Vingegaard won't lose more than 3 (I'm leaning towards 2 minutes max, but whatever) minutes even with 100 km of ITT. He can close that time in 2 tough high mountain stages, so no. That's not good for Evenepoel.

Delio Rodriguez, 39 stage wins at the Vuelta. And Kaden Groves won a stage in the Tour.

I think the gap is a bit smaller than the Tour suggested. If he's able to find out what was the reason behind his major lose (and big underperforming) on Hautacam and eliminate it, things can be rather close IMO. My 50 cents, Narvaez' role is underrated. With Almeida in the race, Narvaez...

The Tour has similar amount of flat ITT as in 2024 and 2025. And frankly, if Vingegaard doesn't improve improve in the mountains, even 100km of TT won't give him a chance, and we probably won't get that (unless he becomes french). So I don't think he is bothered by Gouvenou

Based on what? I think there were some rumours that he wants to do the classics? And classics+ 2 GT's don't work too good, IMO. From my own perspective, he could wait for Vingegaard's schedule and eventually go for the Giro and then Le Tour. If he (Vingegaard) is doing the Giro, Remco could...

Nah, Evenepoel would still do the Tour. He may/could do the Giro beforehand, but I'm certain he is doing the Tour.

If Vingegaard is doing the Giro alone, he can win it like Pogacar, on 90% (okay maybe a tad more if Almeida starts and doesn't *** up..like he usually does) and start Le Tour 100%. In this case, Vingegaard doing the Giro won't be of any help for Vingegaard.

What can they possibly do before Cari?

I Don't have a clue where they start from, but if they come from the west, then at least one of Fedaia, Pordoi or Giau should be out of question, no?
