I don't like the new Liquigas jerseys. They were always really easy to spot before but will be harder now. I'd have to go with Rabo or Radio as the best one out of the block along with Astana's.

who designs all these boring/same kits? i really hate teams that copy other teams. especially boring ones involving lots of blue/black or red/white.
my favourites are the really distinctive ones, especially the ones that have built up some history instead of chopping and changing every year for no reason, and are thus instantly recognisable.

rabo and lampre, in other words. astana is getting there now too, although i preferred the sun design.

I hate the plain ones that use black as background.
Balck is hotter it is not as visable in the bunch.

Many riders pick the kit of their favorite team so pick black clothing which is least visable on the road so dont complain if a motorist who dosnt want to see you hits you up the BUM

At least light bright clothing even in the pelaton makes a better target easy to see weather that be in a race or out alone training.

agree, black is boring and dangerous.

i'm amazed that these teams don't consult with each other to avoid obvious confusion, which is no good for anyone. having several of the major teams in black with blue trim, and several others in white with red and blue trim, is no good for the fans and no good for the sponsors.

plus half of these teams have chosen a worse design than last year for no reason. looking at you, rabobank, saxo bank, and astana.

I dont understand the hype around Movistar design - that green thing in the middle looks like a snot, or a slug. Some kind of abstract shapeless net on one side and... and that't it? Come on!

Not much you can do about your sponsor's logo. I agree about the white thingy, whatever it is.

...Film reel? Which would tie in with the movie theme. That has nothing to do with what they do.

I like it, good, unique primary colour that works well with Sponsor's and other logos. 2nd behind Radioshack.

Liquigas worked better in the TdU than I thought it would, thumbs up to them too.

Almost everyone else changed their kits for the worse, (special mention for Lotto here), except for AG2R who clearly couldn't conceive anything worse so left it as it was.

I would think that the identity represents the four key Movistar business functions - fixed line, mobile, internet and TV - expressed in the form of a net to visually represent a range of touch-themes including "joined-up", "network", "technology" and "communication".

Probably anyway.

I consider it one of 2011's most 'complete' designs against what seems to me a generalised poverty of ideas.

Stylistically I really like the Garmin jersey, but as a sports jersey I think the Quickstep is probably my favourite.

The LEPOard Trek kit is just plain dull. Too Rapha. But then they don't have any sponsors to advertise so I don't suppose it matters if they're invisible.
