Starts tonight, although the timing is wrong with all the focus being on the all important TT at the TDF and the final sprint in Paris, but never less and without further ado here are the stages:

Stage: 1 - 23 July : Amay - Banneux, 152.10 km:

Phil was in the early break last year in the Tour of Belgium and he'd have won that Tour if it wasn't for his mechanical in the last stage and the fact he had to do the time trial when it was raining(Devolder when it was dry)

Well, there are obviously uglier places in poor countries, but this is a really ugly city for a well developed country.
