forecast for 16kph S wind, crosswinds yes, but not good enough to make a difference I doubt.

I'll go with Petacchi to take a really scrappy one.

Kittel ahead of Greipel & Goss in the odds for tomorrow. Is that justified?

Cav 8/5
Kittlel 3/1
Greipel 5/1
Sagan 7/1
Goss 11/1

Definitely a 5 horse race,

Petacchi, Farrar & Renshaw all 40s - 6th favourite.

Justified by his prologue performance, I would guess.

Watching the last 4k will probably be more exciting than the last 200m: all the big name trains are here to fight it out.

I'll go Sagan again.

Greipel, Cav, Kittel & Goss next. Then a post-code to the other sprinters.

Nah this will be one of the few stages Sagan can't win: pure flat bunch sprint in a strong field. Goss - Cav - Kittel podium. If Kittel wins it though, then he's truly arrived.

Two roundabouts and a bridge crossing in the closing kilometers, but looks pretty non-technical. This will be a finish for the big watts and I think this will be the stage that Argos will be putting forth 110%.

Kittel over Gripel and Cav.
