Hopefully see something from Stybar, Meersman and also the Garmin/Vac squads after the tour they've suffered.

I hope Phil Gilbert will take this.

Don't worry, the tour is nearly finished and you can head away until next year (or are you staying for the Olympics?).

The FDJ juggernaut rolls on.

Kinda meh route though. Maybe a sprinter will win the overall.

Maybe FDJ can get the French champion a jersey with their logo on it:confused:

They designed it like to to show French Champion in best fashion...

That may be. Has this been common with other French champs in the recent past?

you mean the teams that disrespect the national jersey? like Liquigas, RadioSchleck, Saxo, etc... the new trend of keeping the sponsors visable at the expense of the flag?

Disappointing result, useless course. Racing in Wallonia and every stage will be won by sprinters. Profile was deceiving once again.

90% flat races, 5% time trials and 5% hilly/mountain stages = modern cycling.

Seems to be the "Queen" stage, today. Uphill finish.
Hit his best form, this time, last year.
A pity there's no coverage.
Should be much better than the affair in Paris.

1. Danilo Napolitano (Acqua e Sapone)
2. Davide Appollonio (Team Sky)

When will Tommeke pull out of the race? The road race is in five days.

Well I said: "seems to be...."
It may be flat, it may be about the sprinters, but it ain't Le Tour.
Hopefully, a live feed tomorrow and some bike racing without all the frills and hullabaloo.
