Normally yes but after his Giro where he proved he can be consistent in a GT I don't think people like Contador/ Froome aren't going to make it easy for him.

He can handle 3 weeks so giving him these free seconds isn't smart so I expect they do something aswell, maybe also an attack from Anton.

Quintana, maybe valverde for the sprint.

I'm just hoping for action !!!

I've almost asked that now Contador has received that 2 bonus sec or not, because here at CN he is still at +14 seconds (and not much after the stage, he was also +14 behind at lavuelta.com), but now it's correct.

I just can't wait for tomorrow. Who will attack? How many riders will arrive together? Who is going to lose time from the favorites? I love the Vuelta.

I think there is a good chance for Uran to take the stage because he is good in sprinting (not in the Olympics :D ), so I'm with him, unless he need to work for Froome.

Why I don't think that Puritocould win this easily is the 2 km flat.

There are just so many riders that I like in this Vuelta....

If anyone of Contador, Anton, Quintana, Henao, Gesink, Mollema or De Gendt takes this I'll be happy. :)

Also, normally Froome would be in this list too, but I will cheer against him just for this Vuelta, because I don't want Sky to win this Vuelta. :p

there are going to be 5-6 strongest climbers on the finish line. Purito is the favorite, but remembering pdbf i wouldn't rate froome's punch much weaker. One will show one is not able to fight for the podium. i hope it wont be guys from rabobank.

If Contador has the legs he'll attack. Getting the leader's jersey too early in the vuelta is not as bad as in the tour.

He knows the climb and we know he won't be able to resist.

I wonder who will be able to follow him or who attacks before him if that happens.

It's going to be interesting:D

If he can take time he will. He can always throw the jersey to someone relatively harmless.
