well, I've been saying Rolland for every mountain stage now, so I'll say it again.

Rolland to be in the beak again, or try something on the penultimate climb or the beginning of the final climb.

Does the Dauphine tend to have the same climb ranking system by the ASO as the tour? Because that last guy could almost be a HC, but perhaps not quite there.

Perhaps its slightly too short at 800hm and the climbs preceding aren't tough enough.

Has anyone ridden in this area? Is it a new climb?

I like when they try new things, even if the profile doesn't seem spectacular. Like the use of the many hilly stages in 2011 tour and the cobbles in (I think) 2010.

In any case, I like the profile. Allows an attacker to stay away from the second last climb.

Scary black kilometre at scary 9 freaking %

Would be a pale yellow in Zomegnan's book.

don't bring him up man, it still hurts many of us that he's gone. If only he could make the stage profiles for the tour :(

Stage 4 of the 2010 dauphine finished at Risoul.

53 guys finished within 2 minutes of the winner, Vogondy, but this year there is the Col du vars beforehand to tire the legs out a bit.

All I'm hoping is that Samu manages to climb to top 10 on GC. The stage will be won by an attacker, Valverde might have a go again at the steep part and manage to stay away.

Hopefully Contador won't try to steal the stage again. Anyway he won't succeed and Froome will win.

Moreno ftw

blame it on the guys who should give him a penalty
That's like blaming the testers for the doping in the peloton

Cheating in a TT, in front of everyone, doesn't exactly convey great sportsmanship. We know all know how his morals are...

Valverde and Purito will have to attack early or risk getting out-sprinted by Clement. He opened up a bit too early today, but he wont make that mistake twice.

valverde yes. purito no. he didn't seem to have the form today. tomorrow is tougher than today.
