I don't think there's any other reason than Caravaggio being the stage start...

Giro doesn't have HC, so shuffle your Tour categories up 1 to compare to Giro categorisations.

Giro KOM system is not consistent anyway. Today Mont Cenis (north) was 1st cat.

So if Cav can stay in good position for the first 2.5km of the hill, and OPQS can get him to the top within 45 seconds of whoever takes the points there, he'll be looking pretty good.

Don't like the look of a km at 11% however.
