Yesterday a rider that has races for instance Vuelta a Bolivia (at 4000 m) told me that Tour of Colorado route is amazing hard this year, and I agree.

That stage is really hard, with more that 3000 metres you go slow even in the plain.

yes...so i thought....3 or 4 years ago at first edition....
i really don't know if you watched the other editions?

read the interview with chris horner about colorado, they ride at 40 kmh on these false flats,these are pros not amateurs. at 30-35 kmph there is enough drafting to stay in the wheels for 40-50 riders

bachelor guch was 6,9% last year, a real climb. these however are not. amazing atrocious route this year
