I doubt these are confirmed lists or even longlists. Just the riders who have been more or less confirmed + what the guys at PCS think (their ego is so big they might actually think it is reality)
I know. But we love to speculate.

Besides for sure I have information from some riders that others might not know and viceversa from other members. I am interested in comments and interviews from some of the coaches and riders so we can start building the final teams. Is just a month away.

I may not have been paying much attention, but has Phinney raced anything since his horror crash? Haven't heard anything on that front for a while, got a bit weirded out seeing him on this supposed startlist.

No...In spring he was scheduled to ride Cali but he postponed his return till late summer in Colorado.

Probably Froome, Porte, Henao, Poels, Roche, Kennaugh, Thomas, Stannard, Rowe/Kiry for Sky.
Cancellara for Trek is obviously.
Gastauer and Pozzovivo for AG2R.
Not Aru for Astana.Renshaw in for Ettix.Cav can't do this without him.
Gorka Izagirre in for Movistar, Demare for FdJ, Serpa for Lampre.

I am confused with SKY because Konig said he was doing the Tour ...Kennaugh was at altitude as was Rowe but who would leave Kiry out ..even just for the TTT

Definites are Froome, Roche, Poles, Henao , Stannard, & Thomas....imagine Porte will go if he is fit enough but he is not doing the Dauphine

I also expect Tirolongo & Kangert in the Tour ...if he were able I would bring Landa if I were Astana... especially if Aru will lead at the Vuelta

Would have expected Tossatto to do the Tour as needed on the flat ...but if not surely Valgren

Phinney is riding again but not in any competitive setting, still slowly working his way back. Would have been great if he could have made it back sooner and was able to build up some sort of form for the World's in Richmond but I think that's unrealistic. Hopefully he'll be on the startlist in 2016 though.

Greg Van Avermaet has said he wants to do the Tour but his wife is pregnant and the baby is expected somewhere around the end of the first week. Will only start if given the chance to abandon after couple of days when necessary.

Will Gilbert be starting? It makes no sense if they let Phil Gil do the Giro only for GVA to abandon the Tour

Porte definitely. Not sure if Sky will bring a sprinter in the tour as there are only two spots left. Nordhaug, Kennagh or Rowe

Taylor Phinney? Last I heard about a week ago at Nats, one leg still was at 6% less power than the other. It'd be real strange for him to make his comeback at le Tour.

Yeah, I was wondering that too. Would be real strange to not only make his comeback at the Tour after breaking his leg like that, but also having his Tour-debut for his comeback race.

However, I know for a fact that Lars Bak is riding.
