So a year in advance i thought it might be fun to see who can get closest to the correct top 10 of the tour! We don't know who is riding it or the route so its completely blind going on gut instinct .

4. Tejay Van Garderen
5. Vincenso Nibali

So whats the story behind Froome's poor performance? It would be fine with me, just wondering what your thinking is. :)

Isn't it obvious? Nibs, Contador, and Nairito go on a solo raid from the very beginning of the hardest stage making Froome cry out and rage quit the Tour that night only to be talked out of quitting. But he'll have already lost too much time. :D

Actually I just made up the list with my favorite riders at the top. ;)

Nibali DNF due to crash.

1. Contador
2. Froome
3. Quintana
4. Pinot
5. Majka
6. Bardet
7. Konig
8. Kelderman
9. TJVG
10. JVDB

1st: Betancur
2nd: Horner
3rd: Schleck (Fränk)
4th: Majka
5th: Porte
6th: Rolland
7th: Thomas
8th: Devolder
9th: Vanendert
10th: Nibali

Contador will face the same fate as Basso in 2006 (after a similar Giro), Froome will return to his normal level and Movistar won't be invited by ASO because of all of their positives in the spring. Nibali will lead for much of the race, but due to a broken collarbone he will only finish 10th. All the others will party like it's 2005/2006 (Before Puerto).

1. Contador (barely...)
2. Quintana
3. Nibali
4. Pinot
5. Valverde (not wise to bet against Valverde being in top 5 of any race)
6. Majka
7. TJVG
8. Talansky
9. Wiggins (last minute addition to lineup, rides for GC after Froome crash)
10. Vinokourov (doesn't race, just buys a top 10 placing)

Froome crashes out in a nervous first week.
