2017 TDF Points rules?

Hi guys,

Can anyone tell me where I can find official sprint and mountain points rules for the 2017 Tour de France? I've read that the HC points system is different this year, and it's not clear which mountains carry double points.

In previous years there has been an official rules .pdf available from the main TDF website, but it's not there this year. I'm astounded that this information is so hard to find for such a major sporting event.
