Apologies if this is covered elsewhere or this is the wrong forum.
For the new UCI regs for TT saddle position for 2023 I'm trying to understand the saddle position options.
My understanding from the UCI regs is that if the saddle tip is LESS than 5cm from the bottom bracket spindle then the reach from the BB spindle to end of bar extensions must be less than or equal to 75cm.
If the saddle is beyond 5cm from the BB spindle the reach from the BB to bar extensions must be less than or equal to 80cm (or more depending on height category exemption).
Have I understood this correctly?
