Affini used double disc wheels on Sunday, and (according to an interview with Campenaerts, who talked to him) didn't feel comfortable with it at all. So he probably didn't take it easy on purpose.Affini seemed to take it easier in the Vuelta ITT on Sunday which could have made it different.
