That short hill up to King's Park Road is enough of a springboard for an attack, the only drawback is that it's quite wide and well surfaced compared to the rest of the course. The ITT is a fast flowing course and will suit the most powerful riders. The RR course has a total of 2500 elevation in its 177 course. You will have to be suoer strong to break the field up. The only complication is that there is no strong team for either the men or women's race.
A convincing win for Julian Baudry in the Mens U23: https://results.auscycling.org.au/Road/2025/RoadNats/index.html
Don't know but I think Acquadro and Maxtin are on the phoneWho is Mateo Pablo Ramírez, coming in with Narvaez and Cepeda at 18

It looks like only three guy were riding. Everyone finished on the podiumNarvaez won Nc Ecuador
No they start with 100. With 2 laps to go 80 riders DNF. Peloton was at that moment at 13 minutes from the 3 in front. Maybe they finish soon?It looks like only three guy were riding. Everyone finished on the podium
Mateo Ramirez is the biggest thing to come out of Ecuador for a long time, double reigning champion of the Juventud (one of which he won by a margin of more than 15 minutes), which is the biggest stage race in the Ecuadorian junior calendar. He has competed with Alvarez, Pericas and Zafra more than once in Spain and was very much able to hold his own. Just like the previous two years, he will be competing in Spain this season.Who is Mateo Pablo Ramírez, coming in with Narvaez and Cepeda at 18

Funnily enough I tagged a bunch of teams in a message about him on twitter linking to dnp olds post on here and demanding that someone other than UAE sign him, just to troll a bit not expecting anyone to actually respond. Someone from Movistar was actually kind enough to respond via dm saying they have been looking into him for a bit, and EF/Ineos are also monitoring, so maybe the thing about Acquadro wasn't far off.Don't know but I think Acquadro and Maxtin are on the phone
Edit: I see this is his second year in Europe already, wouldn't be surprised if he's already on Acquadro's books.
It would be very typical for Movistar to miss out on every young Spaniard of name and then having to go after the South-American crumbs. They're already on the back foot in recruiting Benjamin Noval since September last year, lol.Funnily enough I tagged a bunch of teams in a message about him on twitter linking to dnp olds post on here and demanding that someone other than UAE sign him, just to troll a bit not expecting anyone to actually respond. This isn't 1983 anymore, if you want them, you got to be there quick. Unlike with Carlos Rodriguez, who they barely did any effort for when he was that age at Kometa, they did up their efforts to get in on Noval early, even signed Benjamin Noval sr. as a DS. Only the latter very quickly realised he was just bait in order to get Noval jr., so he left only a few weeks into his position and now it's looking rather unlikely they'll get him at all.Maybe, but he was still only 15 then.
