I would advise ACF to pick this.

First and foremost since this thing is all in good humour and that picture has not much seriousness about it. Just Gesink pulling a weird face out of happyness. Like i said all in good humour.

Secondly people do intrinsically judge books by their covers so its always nice for you if you have a happy picture in your avatar.

Third of all its a image some of us already think of when we thing of the condor. It was a funny celebration and if he does become a big star it could be a image that is shown a lot more times.

Maybe in the future he can repeat that celebration like Flecha repeats the Arrow and the great one the pistol.

Also avatars are small and it can be difficult to tell whose who sometimes but there, there is no mistake that that is Gesink.
