Hello is that month and a half ago I injured my leg adductors (roturilla fiber), I continued doing things but with hassles that continue (to do certain movements like stretching or when I wake up in the position I guess).
The issue is this, I've been doing some bike without discomfort (at an easy pace) and I prepared this weekend to leave a little stroll.
Does anyone know if this kind of counterproductive for bicycling injury?
