The very large vertical displacement of the advert at the top of the page really makes the gallery so inefficient to use that I would no longer want to do so.
In thumbnail view, the advertising space dominates so much that only part of the text below the top row of thumbnails can be seen.
In attempting to view the pictures at normal size, only about the top third of the photo is visible, and even the buttons to move on to the next image cannot be reached without scrolling down.
I'm using Windows 8, Firefox 29 and a widescreen laptop at 1366x768 resolution.
