Advice re broken cable guide

Got me a nice new second-hand Giant TCR. Just noticed the cable guide under the top tube is splitting away from the carbon frame. Anyone have any advice on how to repair it - would some carefully applied adhesive do the trick, and if so, which one?

If it was only bonded on in the first place you can try epoxy. However if it was most likely riveted, then look fo a carbon repairman to send frame to. Several in the US if that is where you are. Most prominent is Craig Calfee. Real easy fix for them.

If your top tube is circular in cross-section you could use a clamp-on cable stop similar to this one http://www.rivbike.com/product-p/ca6.htm
Check with your LBS.
