I had a great after work ride last night, over the Golden Gate bridge and into the Marin headlands. I feel pretty blessed to have such a thing right next to my office!

iSuffer said:I was fortunate enough to have lived in Pac Heights for a year. Did the same ride, through the Presidio, over the GG, up and over the Headlands to the beach, maybe then to Sausalito. A few impressions have stayed with me, like the change in climate from Pac Heights (partly cloudy, 65 degrees), the dental work in mexico GG (cooler, foggy, constant unidirectional wind so that to ride in a straight line you have to have about a 5 degree tilt) and the full on sun and heat on the other side. A fun, challenging ride. Enjoy.
