If you're quite serious in asking this, I think that, with a few exceptions, pro road riders marry and have kids young. Their managers encourage it à la mafia because the responsibility of family provides stability and regularity for the rider.

It is unusual, again in my opinion, to find womanising pro road riders with a few exceptions. Even then, it tends to remain a quiet, localised affair. See for example, the dignified partner swap between Peers and Museeuw.

I have the opportunity to see various pro races finish in the town I live in, in the north of Spain and there are definitely groupies hanging out by the team buses after a race or stage. It´s not like at a rock concert, but they are there to meet the boys in lycra and there´s no doubt what´s on their mind.
I once saw a young rider invite the girl he was talking to into the bus. The manager tried to stop them, but the rider just laughed and the girl followed him into the bus. Looked like he was going to have his post race massage before the rest of the team.

A competition with whom? In this interview after the TdF 2009 he says he didn't know the podium girls' names, and that he would go for he "poker dot jersey" next because those girls were prettier.

Other than that I have never heard any rumours regarding Andy's love life, only once I read something about a possible relationship with danish swimmer Lotte Friis (here), but the paper in question is usually never to be trusted

Well that's true for almost all pro athletes, and the reason is simple. Testosterone. It's a sideeffect of testosterone doping.

But i highly doubt that your average skinny cyclist is a chick magnet.
