Here's a weird thing that happens every time I ride through a specific intersection. My heart monitor pulse rate goes to zero. It stays at zero for about two blocks. Then it comes back on. Never fails. I can even turn around and make it happen again.

The only thing I can think of is something near that intersection jams the signal.

This has been going on for a while. Has anyone else ever had this experience?

Just don't stay in that intersection for more than a few minutes and you should be safe.

If you see anyone there shambling about while muttering, "Brains!," then you might want to relocate.
