I like to know if we can expect Andreas Kloden to finish in top 10 in those difficult uphill finishes of 1st week Tour de France. In other words, does he (still) have a punch uphill?

He seemed to be going well earlier in the year......always thought he was far superior to the two testicles tea bagging the sky....interesting to see what happens with the shack selection.
Kloden seems like a good guy, would be good to see him do well in his twilight tours..

No and he never had.

Unless he was under the influence of the Freiburg Clinic, that is.
Klöden is a mediocre rider at best. Pretty boy, but corrupt to his bone. As a team manager I'd never hire him. But then again there're the soon to be defunct hog-teams.
Next, please?

What about his older team member Horner, does he have this kind of punch?
I know we can't expect anything from Leipheimer or Brajkovic in those stages, but Horner maybe?

Just for the record, the name is properly spelled Klöden or Kloeden.

Susan

Never thought of him as having much kick on a short climb, though keep in mind that he and Horner both did well on short, steep climbs in the Pais Vasco in April, often finishing in the first 4 on stages.

But there, there was no Gilbert, and hard to know what sort of form (top or not) the other riders in that race had.

And by the way, the names Klodi.

Just for the record. :D

Probably isn't at frieburg now, and he has a GC win in pais vasco, 2nd in paris nice, 5th in algarve, not a bad year, though hasn't shown anything on a selective climb.

But the e looks weird, and I don't have breathings and all-sorted squiggles on my keyboard, so I'll stick with the OP if I ever have the misfortune to need to type his name.

dear Woterlu Sannreis, you can also use "Hilde" when you finally have the pleasure to have to type his name, while this "Hilde" could be complicated for the French.

And the "e" is just there for people without "ö,ä,ü"

I'll help you to pronounce, look:

äction
Thomas Vöckler
Rü de Waterloo

Hope that helped you a little bit.

Famed German sense of humour?

Ancient Greek made me sufficiently suspicious of breathings that I have no intention of ever using them again.
